"Fired coach Jon Gruden, he has been spending too much time on television recently and not enough time working with the team so I decided to let him spend more time with his FFCA(Fired Football Coaches Association) show.
Hired Raheem Morris who has shown talent developing young players which the Bucs have almost exclusively."
